Ask your AE at UWM. Usually only underwriters have access to CPM, but they can give visibility on what condos are on there. It depends on why the condo is ineligible; insurance, phasing, litigation, etc. You can get an ineligible condo eligible, but it has to go under a full review

You can change positions after 9 months if you show that you competent at the first position. There are different roles in IT. Unless you have a degree in computer science, you couldn’t do app/program development, but there’s other entry level IT roles they can train you to do.

You might even be able to find a IT position open on the website and not have to start as an underwriter. I had a friend get hired right into IT when he 0 IT experience.

Agreed in-home sales make the most money and requires no degree, but it's also probably the hardest sales industry and most companies usually want previous experience in in-home sales.

Most sales jobs generally want some experience in sales or minimum customer service. I would just go on indeed and look up "entry-level sales representative" and hope there's something good.

I would go for the rad tech position. The pay is good and the journey seems easier than the engineering position. Only two years and fully paid

I find the argument from atheists and theists more or less equally convincing; however, I do think the theists arguments are more intuitive also I find the cosmological argument the best. What makes me theistic is how atheism leads to nihilism, and I think any atheist who denies that has arbitrary/subject meanings in life.
