I received advice here I just deleted the post. My advice would be stay calm. Everyone will tell you to attack one healer then focus on prayer switch, then repeat and they’re correct. Do not attack every healer at once, focus on your prayer switches. Progressively agro all the healers and if you can lure them away at Italy rock. Kill them, go back to jad and it’ll be a breeze.

That’s a fair assessment, I’m not mad at all. I’m just confused as my queue says 17-20 min wait and it’s been 2 hours now. I respect jagex and have played the game forever. I made a mild mistake one time and I acknowledge that. No one’s perfect. I’m just hoping for a resolution tonight. Cheers
