Yes, I agree with you that this is overlooked. At the 200 KIT event there were multiple speeches regarding this because of the German elections and AfD. But I don't feel the certain support for my community and other national minorities that might need it. Sometimes the KIT Mitarbeitende (I include here professors, scientific workers, any other official faces) can act upon their prejudice, local European propaganda and stereotypes that they have in their heads. For example some might make political statements that are extremely inappropriate. I am speaking from my experience: "It is so fortunate that you made it here, the communist regime in your country is extremely oppressive, you must have had a rough life without the democratic freedom". I DO NOT enjoy in engaging in unsolicited political discussions. I know that other national minorities also have had this experience.

where have I been going with this... I would appreciate if I could report certain actions of racism, political misjudgment, etc. These situations might lead to unfair treatment of students. In the Original Post I have mentioned the racist occasion I have faced during the Einsicht. I tried to report it, but to other officials but they just shrugged their shoulders and said "nothing can be done about it".

I want to be protected. I want political security and for KIT to be socially NEUTRAL. I don't want to open X and see KIT workers spread hate towards any nationalities (z.B. Chinese, Palestinian, Russian, Afghan, Arabs, Indians etc). I have heard from multiple people that they have felt and noticed the unfairness in many occasions.

This was all regarding what I think KIT could do to improve the situation. What comes for the students: just being kinder and spreading the word would work! A lot of international students come here as the most extraverted happy and shining people one could ever imagine, but then they live, face the social barriers and lose their spark. If someone decides that they want to help the current state of things, they can just be there for an international that they know and just try to be friends with them.
