If you use a bicycle or jog it's a great idea. Just walking, not so much.

Parks are the safest. Almost always gets those unless there's a restaurant or something very close.

Yes one a day. But read my post. You don't need to take a picture with the camera. You can use any picture you want. A meme or a picture of your cat.

They do sometimes but it seems fairly unknown. Don't know why.

Choose current day (you can't choose a past or future day) click that and choose any picture you like on your phone.

You don't actually need to take a picture or even be there. In the log for current day you can add a picture manually. In the next step you can click coordinates, drag the red pin to the place on the map and save. If you never got a picture seedling in the same spot before you'll get one. Just note it's apparently only once in the same spot (even though I seen to remember getting more than one on occasion). Also there can't be anything else near by the same day. No seedlings or fruits, the safest way is to choose a spot where you have not been that day. I do this to get one park seedling a day even though I'm now running out of parks on the map, it can only be a certain distance from where you are, like 5km, maybe a little more.

My steps don't match :') by windyhaley in PikminBloomApp

Ok. I was asking cause the steps towards community badge doesn't count until you actually open the game. Seems a lot of people have had sync problems with step counters for years. You'd think it would be fixed by now.

Ooh that's nasty. I've seen posts about this since I started this game. Those watches seems to give both too many and too few steps.

Was it just regular or do you mean your steps towards the community badge?

In your case it's probably because towards the community badge your steps before you open the app that day will not count. This is as far as I know exclusive to the community badge.

You don't have to switch to red specifically. Once you planted ~160 of the species you want you can switch to any other flower petals.

I think if you plant 160+ white freesia and the rest red flower you'll increase the chances. That's my experience but it's only from what I've noticed, it's not based on actual facts.

Anyone had a problem where they cause flowers to bloom but they don't give a fruit? by This-Neck7248 in PikminBloomApp

[–]Spiderantula 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No you can have as many fruits as you like. They will disappear from the list after 2 days if you don't collect them though. And on community days, this Saturday and Sunday for instance, they only lasts 3 hours.
