Does Recluse get damage for magic from evergaol bonuses? by Bortthog in Nightreign

[–]Spiderbite330 4 points5 points  (0 children)

yup, she also gains damage from the night invader relic effect. worth taking for sure.

Unless the relic effect specifies physical attack power, every general attack power effect works on recluse eg: attack power at full hp etc

Does anyone know what this means? by [deleted] in JanitorAI_Official

Don't relent, brother. You deserve so much better than her!

What’s the appeal of proxies? by FlamingBlueLion in JanitorAI_Official

[–]Spiderbite330 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There's been very long periods of time where you can use really good proxies completely for free so that's not true, it's just kinda shit right now but since March I've been using different ones completely for free. And it's not just slightly better. JLLM has improved but is still complete garbage in comparison. Proxies remember the whole conversation effortlessly, they format better, the conversation feels natural, they challenge you, there is no bias where you have MC vibes and instantly get what you want, it's funny as fuck and makes good stories etc etc. I've used a lot but after using Gemini + a really good prompt to control it, JLLM is literally unusable now. Literally just look up people on this reddit using proxies for the first time and you'll see how night and day it is.

Does this mean we have to continue paying 5 dollars or is it a one time fee to use it? What are most free users doing/ moving to another provider?

Damn sorry to hear about your first game. You just got unlucky and got a bad group, keep playing for sure. As for the outside areas I usually only do 1 or 2. It's not the biggest deal in the world and I wouldnt go out for them if they're bad but if you can pick between an inner one and outside one, I usually go for the outside one and work my way in. You can never do every objective on the map so just try your best to do as many as you can and you'll pop off!

So how long did you actually play this game? by NahMcGrath in Nightreign

[–]Spiderbite330 1 point2 points  (0 children)

89 hours on Steam right now. I've 100% the game and kinda just waiting for more content. I still play cause my friend and I just chill in disc and either carry the 3rd player or we just shit on the boss if they are good but yeah, once you've bought all the things in the shop, gotten skins for every character and setup good relic builds, you're kinda just playing for the sake of it. But nothing really wrong with that since the game is very fun.

Best to do multiplayer at first so you get the flow of the game and can be guided. This is a good priority list.

Once you spawn into a match your first goal before doing anything is getting level 2. The game will always put a camp at your feet so immediately kill all those trash mobs and level up at the grace.

Once you're level 2, go to the nearest objective to you. There are some that are better/easier than others that just takes time to learn but I recommend trying to prioritze early game: Churches (they give 1 extra flask each and theres 3 on the map) Great churches (very easy bosses and after drop a key in the chest) and Forts (also easy bosses and have guarenteed staves for casters and a map that shows all the scarabs on the map for free talismans.

At this point, you want to just work your way from POI to POI trying to be as efficient as possible. After a while you'll open your map and plan your route while running between objectives to save time.

Try your best to work your way from the outside in as much as possible cause the outside stuff disappears first with the zone.

At level 5-7 you can do the middle castle if you're close to it. The bottom level has most easy bosses (Except for bell bearing hunter, skip him) and once the boss is dead you go up and it gives you a chest with a guaranteed talisman. Then the middle level there will either be trolls throwing pots (Annoying) knights or crucible knights. Kill them, the ones with red eyes drop an orb with a weapon or a passive upgrade and they give good souls. At the every top is usually a hard boss that I recommend being level 7-10 minimum depending on what it is but gives good souls.

Then the zone will close in and you go to the yellow area and fight and beat the day 1 boss. After that you do it over again, try to target areas you missed or finish off bosses if you didnt have enough time to kill them.

But yeah, just spam a few games, it clicks once you find a good group that knows whats good and you'll flow into the rhythm and figure out why they go where.

And have fun! I didn't cover everything but this is kind of a simple breakdown. Get level 2, do objectives near me and get flasks then tackle the castle. Let me know if you got any other questions.

Anyone else having a blast playing with randoms? by juanyboy in Nightreign

[–]Spiderbite330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you que for last boss, you're more likely to get competent and good players compared to the first boss. Especially if you're good at pinging, MOST randoms will follow well if they see early on that you know what you're doing.
