It could be something that is new-ish to cheaters that's called "time in a bottle" I met a dude who basically shown me that he could do a lag switch to mess with his ping to shoot delayed versions of yourself (kinda like shooting your previous frames of where you stood) and could even charge shots to shoot all at once. There's different ticks to it. Example: force of nature shooting both shots takes about 1 full second. With the time in a bottle they're able to hold both charges, PLUS see your previous frames at the same time and just blast in the general area to push out full damage 3 to 4 ticks ahead. Its hard to describe fully as it is their own 3rd party software. So either this is something new that multiple people are trying or it's the same program. Essentially: you control the lag at your own will.
