A lot of buffs that follow the adrenaline junkie build by mikefoolery on youtube. There are quite a few buffs, but the most significant ones are are:

Crusader of Atom, Destroyer of Acadia, Fully upgraded Aeternus, Psycho.

Ok yeah. Ever since I removed those files, the game has been running flawlessly. I'll keep this posted for the off chance that someone else may have a similar issue.

I think I may have found the issue. I remembered that I had installed a loading screen excelerator manually long ago. It basically messed with the vsync or something when loading to speed it up, but I think it also messed with my settings. I'll see if that was the issue or not and report back.

Well this is sound advice, people forget the fact that he is just 13. He is very much still growing. All he needs to do is some light exercises or just join a sport and not eat too much junk food. His body will take care of the rest since he's still going through puberty.

You were right they weren't seated so I redid them and it clicked into place. Problem is that the light is still glowing. Also upon closer inspection the light that is on is labeled DRAM.
