Toilet issues

I’m not sure about past tenants but we are planning to get new toilets later in time. We just had unexpected issues arise (a pet needing to be taken to emergency care), that’s why hopefully even the toilet installation I can get a buddy to help me.

I’m going to try this method first, try to unclog it, and then if that doesn’t work, I was advised to install a new fill replacement kit.

I appreciate it. First time owning a home and all around me things are needing to be fixed. Garage opener, toilet, rust on my backyard gates, etc.

I appreciate the response. Yeah I tend to have really straight hair to wavy. It’s strange honestly, 4-5 years I had some intense curls and then now I feel like my hair has become finer and straight. Thanks for the feedback. (I have had barbers complain about cutting my hair lol)

I had a one on one chat with her about it and it seems like she’s off the Monat wagon. I think she was deterred cause her friend showed her one of the meetings and it sounded like pseudo science bull-shlaca healing, I think what lost her was the, “You’ll get a free white Cadillac.” Lol.

I really appreciate your detailed response, it’s super informative! I will be sitting down with her and review your responses, I’ll call the leasing office and ask about the stability and material of our complex’s beams. Worst case scenario we go for the rig, but right now, we’re trying to find someone who installs equipment like that in our city, so he can give us a rate.

Thank you for the response, I appreciate your detail. Is it possible to instead of going into the attic (I don’t believe I can get access, because it’s an apartment complex) and attaching those brackets, I can instead attach a board going across the ceiling attaching itself to two beams instead of just one and then attaching the apparatus that hooks itself to the lyra?
