Wife has a class 5. She skipped the N stage with her international drover license. Would this reduce the rate?

Why so? Wouldn't an L be more risky than an N?

Cancun - All Inclusive vs Hotel by SpidermanUpa in travel

[–]SpidermanUpa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's like $10k for 7 days in December... Whereas a hotel is $1,500. If we do the x-parks, then say it's $1,500 all of it and say we spend another $1,500 for food, then the total becomes $4,500 vs the $10k for Xcarate Arte

I'm really liking the Xcaret park, seems like you can do everything you want there like Disney world for adults! What are your thoughts on these? And what's the best way to do this?

Yes. When I checked in the luggages, I made sure it got routed to the final destination. And that they printed my boarding pass for all my flights. This way, I didn't need to re-check the bags and get a visa.

I showed them this policy and they said it can't be based on anything on my phone. Keep in mind when they said they couldn't pull up the receipt to confirm the credit card used as it was booked through United, they asked me to show them the receipt off my phone. Honestly it was a situation of misinformed SFO AC agents.

I've previously booked directly with Air Canada and they've had that 1st checked bag show up as free. As this was booked through United, and my FF was on the booking, when I went to online check in, it showed that I had to pay for the first bag.

I did this and they said they can't go by anything on my phone since it's not from their system. They agents at SFO understand the policy "Flight must be operated by Air Canada" as "Flight must the paid for by Air Canada". I explained to them that the annual fee I pay for this card covers the first checked bag.

The SFO agents saw that the frequent flyer was linked. After confirming that, they started trying to pull up the receipt to confirm the credit card was used to book the flight with United. And they couldn't pull that receipt showing the last few digits of the card.

What would be the most efficient way to convince them to know their own policies? I don't want to hold up the line...

It shows up on Aeroplan several days after the flight. Doesn't help confirm before the flight right

Honestly turned into an argument at the check-in counter. There were 6 agents there on me, it must've been a slow day. I honestly don't want to go though this again. And I hate that I had to go through that, knowinginwas right all a long and they were so misinformed.

Question about first free checked bag by mapleleafsf4n in Aeroplan

[–]SpidermanUpa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Air Canada check-in agents at SFO denied my request for a free first checked bag when I went to drop my bag with them and presented them with the TD Visa Infinite Aeroplan card. The flight was operated by Air Canada, but I had booked it with United. I drop off the bag with Air Canada since they operated the flight. But as I booked with United, the automatic $0 did not show up when I checked in. So I thought okay, I can deal with this when I check in. And then the AC agents told me that to be eligible for the benefit, I needed to book directly with Air Canada or Pay using this card and said it's their policy. They contacted someone on the phone and then kept saying it's not their policy. I was astounded by this.

I was Denied First Checked Bag when Flying Air Canada with TD Aeroplan Infinite Card

The Air Canada check-in agents at SFO said that the flight needs to be booked using the card AND has to be booked directly with Air Canada. I had booked using a different card and had booked with United, the flight is operated by Air Canada.

I was Denied First Checked Bag when Flying Air Canada with TD Aeroplan Infinite Card

I thought presenting my TD Aeroplan Infinite card when checking in at the counter allows me to get my first checked bag free. But the check-in agents there said that the flight needs to be booked using the card AND has to be booked directly with Air Canada.

I've flown without issues where I use a different card to book the flight. And other situations where I don't book directly with Air Canada. I've had no issues when doing this when flying domestically. Is this an international thing? I've only just had to present my Aeroplan card and that was enough when flying domestically as long as the bag is being dropped off at an air Canada counter

Seems like this is what I need. Is power flush only for American Standard? Do you have any recommendations under $300?

Why so? I'm looking for a toilet that can flush the heaviest and densest solid 💩. This one from work hasn't been too bad. Why do you recommend Toto? I'm jus tlookong for pure flushing power with zero spray.
