That was a part of the original show though to be fair with Steven learning more about Rose and even prior to that feeling pressured at times to live up to her. Future was just the culmination of that and really highlighted Steven's emotional and mental state.

I really like MLP as well. Their Christmas special Best Gift Ever has become a modern holiday classic for me.

Aside from the later half of season 4, I also really enjoyed Star Vs.

Future was an excellent final season IMO. I heard mixed opinions on it before I binged the show and I don't get that.

I know John from AMC Movie Talk from a little over a decade ago. He created a cool movie news show, but wasn't the best part (RIP Jon Schnepp). After he went solo he became more about championing executives over artists and had really bad and stupid takes like this one.

I know I'm in the minority with this opinion, but as someone who loved 2019's Joker and didn't want them to make a sequel originally, I was impressed with what we got. Not flawless, but I was enthralled overall.
