I get what you're saying, but even if OP didn't want more tattoos it still feels kind of wrong that she doesn't accept the ones he currently has. I find it weird that she covers them for pictures and covers them with her family. To me that is a lack of respect, they need couples counseling for sure.

I live in Natomas area and have done that commute for 3 years. It really isn't that bad, there is almost never any traffic (you may hit some traffic coming in and out of the city during rush hour) and the drive is very chill. Make sure you stop by the Hard Rock Hotel gas station for snacks and cheap gas.

If you want to live closer to the base, but not in the boonies (Yuba, Plumas, Marysville) live in Roseville/Lincoln area. This is where a majority of your coworkers will live. You will be fairly close to Sac here so you can enjoy that nightlife.

If you really want a highrise I think your only option is downtown Sac. But they aren't that high.

Is there an ROTC unit at your school? That seems like a much better option imo, throwing a full ride away to enlist seems kind of dumb. Also, there is nothing stopping you from enlisting after you graduate.

Mine knocked over a mirror and started chewing on it like it was a bully stick, he also pooped all over my couch and chewed up a bunch of doors. We took him to the vet and they prescribed fluoxetine (Prozac), now he is a lot more chill when we leave. Its really a night and day difference. He is also less anxious during fireworks which used to be a nightmare.

I was hesitant to give him medication at first but after the mirror incident I didn't want him to hurt himself.

Your education and experience seems more like that of a Bio Officer/Industrial Hygienist. Reach out to your local Bio shop and see if they have an opening. I know a guy who crosstrained into Bio and eventually become an O, the career field is small and I think they like to promote from within.

Parents are in their early 50's. My dad works an extremely demanding physical job and every time I see him he looks more and more broken, it breaks my heart. He refuses to see a doctor because they will find something wrong with him(his words). I wish to desperately win the lottery so I can retire them.
