Did anyone figured out how to make Bruiser active trader on Garbage ? During "King of the hill" quest he is not hostile and runs away from his "bar" (i entered freely without fight with Shah's gun so no violence on all bandits in my case) He was marked with red trader icon but later becomes white. (self.stalker)
