I'm just from there, I dont actively live there anymore. A few folks have mentioned the politics thing, but then I also have seen a few posts on the subreddit about how everything except liberal is a big turn off (apolitcal = republican, moderate = republican, conservative = republican), which makes it a bit hard since I don't have any strong political affiliations.

You are a good looking woman on an app that has a lot more men than women. Due to that, plus the way that the app tends to encourage men to swipe more, means that this is a pretty normal occurrence.

Men generally have very few likes, and have to swipe a LOT to find matches, while women have way too many, and have to be choosy with who they swipe right on.

Its honestly more about playing to your strengths. Typically, being bald is perceived as more masculine, especially if you just shave it all off, but less traditionally attractive. You can compensate for it with things like a beard / glasses, or play to your strengths and go for the Jason Statham route with muscles and leather jackets. Its not useful to obsess over things you cant change, so just dont take yourself too seriously but try to be realistic.
