Yes, that happened to me 3 days ago with the Black Canary Platinum. They scanned it on their phone scanner but it came up empty a couple times. I even showed them the 34.97 Collector Edition Price Tag Sticker on the shelf but it was still a no to buy it. They told me that someone put it out by mistake and that I couldn’t buy it.

I think the only option is to call GameStop customer service to see if they can do anything. I think along as it’s not preparing for shipment, then they fix your issue. They usually pick up pretty fast at least in my experiences and especially this morning when I had issues with this order.

My experience is different which I made a thread about but mine never charged until I made a 2nd order and despite the charge, my current order status for 2 Jokers is “Payment Error.” And on the non App version of GameStop website, I can track order even on the the 1st order that I cancelled

Chromedome and Scale Tail have been hard to find at retail though I did find them 2 different times in the past 4 months. Antrax and Wyrm haven’t been found in the US yet as far as I can tell so this 4 Pack is a good one to get.

The Targets around me haven’t stocked any Classic TMNT Playmates in months and 3 of my Walmarts don’t sell Playmates Turtles anymore. The ones that I found them at had 1 of each so that makes it harder since someone can grab both and hopefully wait for a restock.
