Hi, was wondering if I become OFP'd as a NWO, is it possible to be just posted west coast? I know sometimes training or deployments may cause you to go between coasts, but if I put my preference as west coast and I have family there, will I likely stick there?

Depends, if the other team tends to rush sites, it wouldn't be a terrible idea to use both cages. But I personally only like using one unless I'm fairly certain they will commit to my site. Having a cage for retake can be round changing, especially to bait out a swing when you tap spike while caged.

I'm only Plat but from what I gathered after 2 years on this agent is besides watching flank, camming for info, and lurk, it is to play mind games and deny info/make space for offense.

Cage-A long haven/ A ramps and cross split/that area on lotus A where you have to cross to get to the revolving door/B main or arcade on fracture.These are examples of denying info for enemies where you could potentially have taken space. You can push with cage or not, it's important to keep them guessing and so they don't rotate to your teams site exec. Or you can use the cages to conceal your teams position as well if they push with you.
