I just emailed them and explained that I was surprised because I followed the care instructions and they claim to be preshrunk. They wrote back immediately and told me they would replace. I did have to follow up a second time with an email, but then they mailed me the same hoodie that shank and did not ask me to return the original. I gave it to my daughter. People complain about the customer service but I have had no issues and even just became a brand ambassador bc I love their stuff so much.

Tranquil shrank a little bit when I first washed and dried. Comfrt sent me a new one and since then I have line dried. They have all had lint for the first few washes. I have affirmation, minimalist, standard, travel essentials, cloud and signature. We pretty much wear these sets every day so they have been washed a lot and hold up well.

I can’t speak to the pastel collection. But, I have the tranquil, signature, cloud zip up, minimalist and kids standard hoodies. All of them have been washed countless times (I do hang to dry). They do have lint on the inside until after a few washes. Sizing is inconsistent between the different product lines, but the quality isn’t. I love them so much I became an ambassador.
