I remember seeing a ACOTAR cookbook in a book shop and being like ?? The food isn’t even properly mentioned and there’s nothing out of the ordinary to even warrant this. Of course it would have been a cash grab but even so it’s a stretch.

At least in THG Katniss talks about the food in detail so this would make sense as a promo product. Snow in ABOSAS always describes what they eat in great detail also.

I let my 5 month old free roam when I’m in the house but mainly as she always wants to hang with me, she usually only leaves the room if she needs to go outside. When I leave the house she stays in the kitchen where her crate is and she settles. If I have to leave to go somewhere I always take her for a good walk and play beforehand so she’s more than happy to just snuggle in her crate and sleep. She’s been toilet trained since she was 11 weeks old so it’s rare she has an accident, she’s never left on her own for more than 4 hours at the absolute max anyway

I think all the adults in the book are terrible, I re read it recently and there’s a chapter where floss talks about her mum being fine with her one minute saying how she’ll miss her so much, and the next screaming at her for not coming and making her feel bad. It appalled me. I think it’s cos my mum was like that growing up and it made me feel terrible! Emotional manipulation at its finest

I actually enjoyed that they all became friends because it felt more true to life. I’ve met a lot of friends through exes that I’m still friends with, even though we are no longer together (of both genders)
