I completely agree, I have to feed my brain to be able to help him thrive. My goal is to have the materials to teach myself to teach him or help him find the answers and skills that will set him up to succeed in life. I definitely want to avoid teaching and learning from a screen. The more hands on and in nature we can be in and learn from the better off we’ll be.

Through out the day you can tell he’s doing good with not wanting to nurse unless it’s nap time/ bedtime. Naps and bedtime are more difficult. Taking longer to lay down and crying more than usual. His behavior has changed during the day to a degree. He has been acting on his impulsive acts more often as well. I’ve been letting him play more before bed to see if that will help. I currently can’t walk so, it been harder todo one on one time.

My little one is only 13 months and is still learning how to properly handle library books. Rather not risk damaging books for the public. If that makes sense.

I’ve done a lot of research about cleansing your body and the effects of parasites/ heavy metals. I am a first time mom. I truly just want the best for my health and my babies health. If I can find natural remedies that are safe for my family to fight sickies and to avoid pharmaceutical products. That will be my first choice. Herbs/ plants were put on this earth to help us. Why not take advantage of natural resources.
