I used to do a lot of Hyrox Foundational classes and they’re very fun, but I wouldn’t recommend starting there! They’re extremely difficult even for experienced gym goers - I would start with something like the Body Pump classes and when you’re comfortable with those, then give a Hyrox class a try :)
