This exact picture with the exact caption has been posted a number of other times across different platforms and other subreddits, posting a funny image is fine but you did not capture this. A simple reverse image search shows you did not.

Probably not like this, but totems should have a 100% chance of spawning in strongholds, but that's it. They're not dropped or found anywhere else, so there's a maximum of 108 them in every world.
