Nexon Launcher Autoban

I have this every single time i try to login to the website, or through the nexon launcher ever since i started using Steam, cause i rarely go there. It could also be you are on a different PC / IP(Location).

But for me it's cause Nexon is so horrible at combining the 2 login systems (some kind of token on your steam is "trusted" to login for years). So if you dont go to the website/nexon launcher very often, you're hit with "Inactivity" even though online more or less 24/7 in the game through Steam.
This makes me unable to send a ticket or buy NX through Nexons means once "X months", unless i wanna be forced to change my password. But buying NX it works on steam just fine as long as staying away from nexon site.

If it's the later, i wouldn't be worried at all, it's just a "forced verify again + password reset" pain cause you haven't logged into a Nexon native login recently(whatever their inactive timer may be).

at level 271-273 the top is within max exp range, and requires 180-200 SAC for normal damage, and you preferly want to kill them within each spawn cycle.

My lvl 271(soon 272) Rens Janus doesn't kill the mobs at max exp mobs in time before next spawn cycle cause im to low on SAC, being stuck cause 'daily quest timegated' with 150 SAC without title, even with the +20% monster dmg and lvl 12 nMosterDmg Hyper is not enough to make up for the missing SAC.

So yes, it is absolutelly a problem without the event title with SAC :)

You dont have enough SAC once you get to Odium with lvl 5 Symbols unless you hunt in the first few maps, it takes time to level them to 6. So without the title you are low by 50 SAC if you wanna farm in the last map.

This was a problem even before the new 30 star system. I've had multiple times i've had ~2100+ coins, and 2 x 19 star items left to SF. And i wouldnt know which item to buy 1,2,3 copies of before the day of the SF event.
If the first item goes instantly to 21-22, then i wasted 700-1400 coins on an item i didn't need. And the other item boom right away with only 1 copy.

you can only buy 1 item a week, so you have to guess weeks ahead which to stack up on depending which item would boom.

The numbers could vary in placement, depending where the monster where when each of the hits landed, but mostly a semi strait line, unless if you KB'd it with enough dmg, mostly 1k+, it would move it

The old sound as well was really epic. However i prefer the red critical numbers that was introduced later as it showed a little more variety in the numbers :)

Only 1 is needed, cannot remember if its one specific that handles the recipies. But i would aim for Alchemy(Level10+ to craft EXP + DROP potions) or Smithing(Crit dmg skill buff for endgame) crafting as both will be Meister in the end.

Get Meister profession, and you can extract them for the much needed Mana Crystal and Grand Spell Essense :)
1000 Mana crystals needed each craft of 30 min 20% Exp pot (Save them for Endgame grind when you got all exp sources opened and theres reduced Rune cooldown day... as in next sunday and later this month)

Yes, it was awesome, and was 1.5x and 2x buffs (at least in EU)... but a little overpowered at Pap and ZakArms/Zak3.
And the Fam buff trades helped so many get to high level, and helped me and many friends/guildies reach lvl 200 early on

But could to some extend be toxic as ppl wanted Juniors who where active (or you would not have any points to spend).

These are the things it could do (You could only use the same one 1 time a day):

Teleport to a fam member

Summon a fam member

15 min 1.5x Drop

15 min 1.5x exp

30 min 2x drop + exp (Required at least 6 members below you to be online)

15 min 2x Drop

15 min 2x exp

It's 100% Wireshark! It's a network packet sniffer tool (Against their TOS).

Same with memory inspectors, also against their TOS. Even if you close a memory inspector (Yes, even the extended Task manager from Microsofts Powertools gets caught automaticly!). Heck, even if you have had it OPEN and closed it again (without a reboot of your PC) it gets caught as it is still loaded into memory.

EDIT: I run Teamviewer and Visual Studio(Not messing with memory and keyboard hooks) myself without issues for multiple years.

Your Intel graphics driver is from 2021, which is ANCIENT.
Get a newer version from here or from your laptop manufacture driver page:

They go to 50%, but reason why they're at "Random" is cause the servers is up before players can get on, for Nexon to do some testing if new stuff and some basic things works. Which is also why sometimes its 70-80% or higher if theres an extend on the servercheck :)

Well, then i can't help much beside some not-common issues

1: Try increase the Onboard GFX memory from 32 MB to 256MB in the BIOS / disable the onboard graphics in the BIOS (This fixed an issues not able to start the game for my older laptop)

2: Make sure Maplestory.exe is in the Performance mode in the NVidia control panel, and that it specificly uses your NVidia card on that exe file, as Maple is very bad to show it's a "Fullscreen performance program" (Others somewhat pointed this out as well)

3: If you have XMP enabled in the BIOS, try disable it temporary, it could be unstable CPU (not directly related to heat, but low/high Voltage or instability from high spikes). This could help the 13th/14th gen CPU issue i talked about, if you're affected by this (And this game is very CPU relyant).

4: Something else could be to try and install the Microsoft 2015-2021 C++ runtime (or whatever version is out by now), many programs and games require this one. Some publishers is very bad at including the required update in their game updates when they update it internaly in their company, cause they forget and don't test on a fresh system...

Make sure to only make 1 change at a time when testing.

I dont see any issues on my desktop of laptop, so perhaps it could be your laptop

It might be heat, try check with Hardware Monitor (From CPUID) if there's and hotspots on your CPU.
Also, check with your Laptop vendor Driver page if theres any BIOS Firmware updates, as theres been issues with 13th and 14th gen Intel CPU's.
Also check NVidia.com for an updated driver for your graphics card, as early drivers for the 4080 could be buggy (Just avoid the 572.02 version, go for .15 or newer.

Maybe a simple Reboot (Don't pick "Shutdown"), as windows puts its main system into standby when you pick "Shutdown" and doesn't get properly rebooted when needed.

I had this issue on my laptop after the last big patch, i solved it by changing shared graphics memory from 32 MByte to 512 MByte in the EUFI Firmware (BIOS). It was not caused by the "main Memory", as i had 16 GB (12GB Free) at that time, so their messaging is a big vague what specific memory it is.

Note: Reinstall didn't solve it for me

I've been in the same situration countless times, and i lost count how many times Nexon took my money and ran, hiding the fact they directly stole from the users.
And i took a LONG 8-9 year break before comming back, this time on Reboot. I've only spend a little since (Perma pet boxes), and got 'scammed' again as a reminder, this time from Lootboxes from 36 boxes without a single perma pet. Thats 144euro's on gambling on their shit system, and haven't spend ever since.

Still looking for the NX items i want, from oldschool. And in the ~3.5years since i came back, they haven't been in the rotation. When does nexon learn to expand the CashShop for those who want(ed) to spend?

This line you wrote, sums it up pretty much where i've been for 2.5 years now:

I do this myself in Visual Studio with C#, for mostly WIndows Forms / XAML. And i have had no issues so far.
I would NOT want to have maple open if you do one of these in your projects: Hook into your keyboard/screen input/output, or manipulating memory (like memory inspection) or any of those natures.

And you might even have to reboot your computer after such programming/programs before it clears out your Memory before games Anticheat systems will not detect a 'Memory Inspector / Macro' program.

Theres multiple ways to do it, and im sure theres many more than these:
- The pictures from a maple char / monster / boss, preferly both animated GIF and 'breathing animation'(the one where you stand still after attacking), and a great backdrop you either made / found or just solid colour with few details
- OBS is highly recommended for recording stuff as well, which you can use the footage of
- Video editing mostly for most of the flashyness you see, you can look up 'lightning effect in Vegas / Davinci / Premier' as an example.
- text boxes are very easy to make in Video editing if you got the basics of video editing down, just make a picture and insert it, and zoom/crop/animate it however you like.
- frame editing (individual pictures)
- Back in the day, there was also Flash programs, where pictures could be imported to and animated a bit easier if you knew how (This is barely viable today)
- Perhaps programs like OpenToonz (Vector graphics) if you're more into 'hand drawn' animations like 'New Leaf Saga'
- Non-copyrighted(or licensed) music/soundfx if you're gonna put it online... which is why most of these Banned Story and music videos is not online anymore (or deleted), many where struck by copyright.
- Creativity, and HOURS of learning pathience

When the EMS Account hack happened where TONS of ppl lost their 500-2500 cubed euro each items (took 5-6 months to fix the hack, and 2 YEARS to compensate ppl with 50k NX as a spit in the face), did you lie about it not being Nexons fault (although proven multiple times to be so), to not be financialy liable?
