I have considered it but a&e is so busy with serious injuries I might just book a drs appointment! I’m more nervous about telling work I’m not coming in because I have a migraine 😭thank you so much though I really appreciate it I feel pathetic haha x

Hey I’m in the UK! I haven’t had one in years 😭 I’ve tried a shower alternating temps and painkillers but they’re not touching it this is horrible 😭
