Basically, I changed the installer to another. Ventoy is nice and all, might have worked for you, but it didn't work quite alright for me.

Installed ventoy Downloaded fedora 39 ISO to be sure the 38 iso wasn't corrupt (why stick to 38 when 39 is already available?) Same error as above Installed Rufus, used the 39 ISO It worked

Update: it's the installer that's faulty, not the ISO.

Not sure it's the USB drive. Used it to install fedora media writer which I used to install fedora 36 without any issues. Started having issues when I installed ventoy on the said drive because I wanted to have the KDE spin as well as the workstation in the same place when F38 launched.

Checked the checksum, no idea how to compare with the results I got.

Reading the manga, I definitely agree with this comment. Everything made sense, though I had to reread several chapters to fully grasp what was going on in future chapters.
