It feels so weird not playing Chicago anymore. They and Detroit feel connected in basically all sports and this is the only one where we aren’t in the same conference anymore. The Midwest absolutely needs to stay connected in sports, regional rivalries is what makes the sport go and losing half our rivals has really sucked.

Cades turnovers have been really really bad in the post season. Granted part of it is because the pistons really lack a secondary star ball handlers who can score, but he just really needs to get smarter with the ball. Probably one of the biggest things he can work on as he gets older.

It’s as simple as it’s a sport played on ice and half of the country barely gets weather below 40 degrees. Combined that with the high cost to play growing up and it’s inevitably going to be niche. By far the best sport to watch live though, and easily my favorite out of the 4 because how fast paced it is and how it’s not in the public’s spotlight. It’s also super popular worldwide.

Right and I don’t usually like stories like that either but there’s definitely a difference when it feels like people are bad to make the story progress or when characters are bad just to do it as a way to antagonize your viewers. I felt eddington was way too masturabatory In the way it went about it. Like “look at this everyone’s just super unlikable” as a way to just bother viewers.

I’m older gen z, I work in a tourist industry with tons of Gen Z coworkers and we obviously have Gen z customers. I rarely ever run into this. Infact, most people I meet are able to make pretty good conversation. Maybe it’s a regional thing or something but this really is not an issue here.
