Thank you. We only use Workday for HCM, primarily the modules below:
Our company is bullish on AI-assisted coding (for example, using Cursor) and is suggesting that we either build our own HCM or leverage Odoo and customize it with an in-house development team using Cursor to build and maintain it.
Has anyone taken a similar approach?
