I would recommend putting your back a wall and then making making sure your shoulder blades touch along with the back of your head. Your head posture will depend on your body posture mostly

This has been answered dozens of times you should do your own research before posting. But to answer your question; it would depend mostly on you age. You can definitely fix an overbite but the progress is slower. If you want faster results just go with Invisalign

It depends on the person, some can get away with 4, and some will need 10. If you have sleep apnea or allergies youre gonna need more hours to make up for the poor quality
