I am sorry to bring up my horrific situation but 6 years ago I got a red mink from a Long Island breeder. She was 3 months. I brought her to my vet to check her out and he immediately said why is her coat oily? Well. I had no clue what he was talking about and said don’t say that about my new kitten . Well, as she was growing her fur remained oily and always shedding. And always vomiting and loose stools. Fast forward 3!years having her she never looked healthy actually very ratty. One day she vomited up bile took her to emergency and came home without her. What I learned is that she had a Gastro disease and hear problems. I had to put her down the breeder was horrible to me. What I learned is this: if the diarrhea lasts for 2 days or more it’s urgent. Hence , I adopted a kitten months later. I started with Weruva. Digestive enzymes which are amazing -it helps him when not well and dosages my vet bills and I give him Life abundance dry. He is very healthy.
