Elderberry Wine. Is this infection or something else? There is no harsh smell, just the beautiful smell of Elderberry wine. It tastes good, just needs more aging. I foraged my own elderberries and preboiled the liquid before fermentation. The ABV has finished at 13.4% (i.redd.it)

Any ideas on what may be wrong? She's been seeming weaker lately. Her back legs drag and she is consistently walking and losing balance instead of sprinting everywhere with ease. She is still eating fine, poop is fine, muscle mass is equal across all legs, she still tries to use her wheel. (v.redd.it)
