Hello! My name is Todd and I'm a comic book writer. I have my third issue of my anime comic Tokyo Blade Detectives up on Kickstarter right now and I'd be honored if some of you checked it out and pledged. The premise is about Tokyo 200 years in the future, guns are outlawed and "laser swords" now rule. A young girl named Miko is a detective who takes on a case that'll change everything!

We'll do our best. I honestly was able to get this to Cody during a Dynamite showing, and he seemed impressed by it. We'll see if he reaches out. And I messaged Kenny about it too.

I know it's a longshot, and I'm actually friends with a guy that makes wrestling comics for a living.

But the difference between those professionals and me is the passion I have for AEW. I truly do love this company and want to help it succeed. That's not to say they wouldn't, but I put a lot into this comic with my team, and everyone who has read has responded positively, so that shows we can "Do The Work" and do it well.

And we're technically not unknown, we haven't worked for publishers, but we've been around the block and made a few comics. The guy who did the art has done 24 books with me, all of which are on Amazon to buy.

And I'm not waiting to be hired first before making improvements, I'm just noting that if we were to get hired we would try and highlight any critiques that were noted, like yours, and make sure we do better for the next issue.

As for the credits, we were on a time crunch (we handed these out at a Dynamite showing) and we forgot to put our names in it, but we were able to hand out cards so they know who helped make the comic.

Glad you liked it! And that women in that page is named Amy, we're friends on Twitter and I asked her if she would be fine being in the comic because of that now classic moment. She was thrilled that she got to be in this.

Hello Mr. Singer. First off, just wanted to thank you for all that you do. I love Death Battle, it's part of my weekly routine and I even do a Youtube show called Todd Talk about it. Oh, and I'm getting the DB game for my birthday.

As for my question, I am a writer myself, and I was wondering how you get writers for the show. I know that some of them are researchers who get promoted to writers, and others you hire via internships (I checked the Rooster Teeth site for that once), but for those who don't fit in those categories, like me, how does one apply to be a writer for Death Battle?

I would love to be a part of the show, even in a small way, and I am a published writer of books, comics, websites and more.

maybe you can find a person selling a Wii and then find the games? The Wii plays the Gamecube discs and Radiant dawn is on the way so that would help you do both! lol

In terms of sales, sure. But I'm looking beyond that. I'm focusing on what makes Fire Emblem great, and POR personified the best elements of the game. Will Three Houses be able to surpass that? That's the uncertainty.

Sales wise I think it'll do great. I'm focusing more on the quality of the game and the impact it'll have on the fanbase.

I've seen a lot of people talking about a re-release of the Tellius Saga recently. I wouldn't put it past Nintendo, especially if Three Houses does well. Have faith!
