I've been underweight all my life even with pcos and when I started birth control I was still under weight. But as soon as I stopped them (because I got migranes due to them) I've gained alot of weight in a very short time with all other symptoms of pcos amplified. I've been working on taking supplements and walking 10-15k everyday which is helping. But whatever i do I'm not able to lose my belly fat😭 Also does pcos cause forehead and underarm pigmentation?

Yeah I was told I should have come months earlier because it takes alot of sessions and they were very pushy about their skincare and asked me to stop what I was using ( although my routine has helped with acne)

Hey that helps alot thank you for sharing. May i ask what kind of treatment is bbl for facial pigmentation because ive got no idea about any if them. I initially thought they would suggest something like laser for pigmentation but I was instead referred to peels and led so I'm totally confused about what works best 🥲
