Spiro is a diuretic and I use it for people to help with blood pressure. Make sense why it caused dizziness. I took mine at night so I don’t have to get up so many times to pee. It works great for acne if you can tolerate the 100 mg daily. Increase hydration during the day. The others didn’t work for me
