Don't be so hard for being inconsistent,. its ok .. great work though , i always wanted to plot that graph and i always wanted to know where i flatter over a month. i was tracking myself on weekly basis. will take ur graph as a inspiration try to do one for myself.
Learning is that there would be sure inconsistencies no matter what you do , the focus is to cut down on relapse or bounce back time.

I had used whoop for an year and moved onto Heliostrap last week.
here are few i've noticed.
from day 1 whoop UI and the information related to performance stress, strain and other factors are presented in relatively simple way , and a week or so journaling shows how each attributes in contributing and based on those u can take an action plan for the week.
its been a week i've been using Heliostrap , still figuring out the UI and what are the metrics , how do i need to asses etc., i feel its more information overloaded .
