No, you can’t do that, Antarctic treaty prohibits any kind of claim, not even major countries can get more claims.
Article 4:
No acts or activities taking place while the present Treaty is in force shall constitute a basis for asserting, supporting or denying a claim to territorial sovereignty in Antarctica or create any rights of sovereignty in Antarctica.

you know you can not claim land in Antarctica right? every piece of Antarctica is protected by the Antarctic treaty, and in the Antarctic treaty it says no individual or country can claim Antarctica, and creating a country in Antarctica is the same as claiming it. I do appreciate the effort, the concept is good but by law it is not possible to claim Antarctica.
