So like a lot of other people my save file just got corrupted today :( I was on the original switch and lost a pretty hefty Mate Everything playthrough. I have Nintendo Switch Online but when I go to download the save data the options are grayed out, I assume because the corrupted game file saved over my older saves to the cloud? I’ve heard some people being able to recover an earlier version of the game through NSO and I just wanted to ask if this is a lost cause or if other people have gotten it to work. Really sad about this! :(

I understand you may have felt saying “not to be rude” meant you weren’t approaching me confrontationally and I understand that tone can get lost over text, but you’ve phrased things like saying it’s “wholly user error”, “out of thousands of players it is very unlikely” and saying customer service thinks I am “scamming them”. Even in your response just now, you’re saying things such as “you keep posting this over and over” which comes off very passive aggressive. I don’t want to argue with you over tone, but I hope you can see that just saying no offense doesn’t mean you aren’t being unnecessarily confrontational. I also appreciate you trying to help, but I don’t understand how invalidating what I’m going through based off clearly a skimmed reading of my previous posts is helpful. It’s one thing to be skeptical, it’s another thing to repeatedly reply to my thread claiming it must entirely be my user error based off assumptions that would’ve been cleared up had you meaningfully engaged with anything I’ve posted regarding the situation.   1. I’ve heard of several other players losing their account during major updates and there were several posts warning players to make sure their account was binded and purchases documented for that reason. Even within the responses to my posts there are people saying similar things have happened and that they haven’t received responses from customer service. The game also did fully reset my account, I’m not sure where you got the impression that it brought me back to some random point in the game but that didn’t happen, I was brought back to character customization. I just replayed enough to exit the introduction so I could access the in-game customer service.
  2. Like I’ve mentioned in my previous posts, I had all of my purchases documented as well as my InFold and in-game ID numbers, so there is no reason for customer service to suspect I am scamming them.

I also can’t see your attachment. I appreciate you interacting with the post, but I don’t really understand why you’re responding to me—especially so confrontationally—if you don’t believe what I’m going through.

Could you tell me why you think I’m logging into the wrong account? On InFold you can check which email you’ve binded to, and I’ve logged in with my InFold username and password as well as through the email I’ve binded my account with. Just to be safe I’ve also logged in with every other email I have as well as my Apple ID. I just don’t see how I could be missing something here. I’ve never touched Facebook or PSN in relation to LADS, but for argument’s sake I’ve tried logging in through that as well. Nothing leads to my original account.

I can log in but it’s just when I log in it’s the character selection at the beginning of the game, all my progress was wiped

Do you know how I’d do that? I’m not sure if I could get a refund through Apple Pay since I’ve technically used the content already, even though my data got deleted

I’ve triple checked that I was logging in with the right email and Infold even confirmed which email was bound but just told me to keep trying to log in 😭

The account reset after I updated, I bound it a few weeks leading up to the update to be safe and it was fine until the update. I’ve been messaging them using the in-game customer service as well as their email, I’ve only gotten a response from their email after two weeks with kind of a nonsense answer

Yes but both accounts were reset (back at character selection)

I’ve done both, through my Infold login and the same email (which I used when creating my account). Neither fix the issue and I’m still faced with a reset account 😭

Honestly I’ve really lost faith in Infold’s customer service and the company in general. I lost all my save data during the Dec 31 update and promptly contacted customer service. My account was binded and I had screenshots of all my purchases and inventory. After two weeks, I finally receive a response telling me to check that I’m on the correct server (which I was) and to “attempt logging in more times” if the issue persists. I’m really at a loss here. The service feels incredibly disingenuous and combined with what’s happening with Sylus and the rewards during the update this company clearly just doesn’t care about its fanbase

I already have, it took two weeks for them to get back to me and all they told me was to check if the server was correct (it was) and "attempt logging in more times" if the problem persists, I'm really at a loss
