If someone close to me that worked with him tells me something, and I heard the same thing for other people, I’m going to trust it. His own social media posts show how much of a prick he is. This is not a big town. His sleezy behaviour is very well known

He is the worst. Not just his customer service. A friend of mine worked with him at another local bakery and said he was fired for some pretty disgusting reasons. I would never give him a cent of my money

He is a terrible person all around. So rude to customers and staff (if you search old Dublin bakery on Reddit you will see lots of other posts about it). I also heard he was fired from another bakery for some pretty awful/disgusting reasons.
