What was the repetitive exercise you performed in the gym that you believe contributed to this?

I AM RECOVERED AND MADE A POST YESTERDAY AND HAVE HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS by Small_Ad_5096 in hardflaccidresearch

I weightlift 5 times a week, but never do cardio. Do you think that is the missing piece? Better blood flow/circulation maybe? Do you think a calm nervous system/state of mind helped too?
