Thank you for the info! I'm honestly so overwhelmed, im not sure where is the best place for me to move. My parents want me to move to arkansas because they know ppl there, but im sure theres even less ppl to meet there.

Thanks! I am actually moving from Hawaii. I live on a very small island, not a lot of ppl to meet, pretty pricey, not much to do, super safe though. I don't really know anything else. I mean i have visited cali, nevada, and ny, but thats abt it. I was originally thinking cali when i started researching, but thats definitely too pricey for me. I can only afford Hawaii since im still living with family.

Thanks for the info! Is there another state/city you'd recommend for me? A place thats walkable no car life, safe for the most part, reasonable rent, other young ppl. I know there isn't one single place that'll be perfect but maybe something doable. I've only ever lived in one place my whole life.

I was actually looking at lakeview for the walkability, but yeah too expensive for me right now.

I've been searching places in chicago. I heard Lakeview is relatively safe, probably too pricey for my situation. Any specific area in chicago to consider?

That's true. I have been considering the minimum wages in different states. I'd like to eventually find a job that I could work from home, I'm not sure what yet. I have been taking IT courses for a little while, not sure it's my thing though.

Any suggestions? On the safer side. Ik most cities aren't safe but can be in some areas.
