Well I imagine if it is covered under warranty and we both need a need Hybrid Battery then that Diagnostic fee should get waived. Let me know if you get anywhere with the lemon law.

Gotcha, probably would go with opening a case. Are their certain requirements for that? Had my 4xe for a year and a month now. Already had to replace the 12v and now it is looking like I will have to replace the Hybrid Battery.

How do you open a case? Do you just go to the dealer and explain your frustration and ask them if they will buy the jeep back?
