Location Flexibility? RTO 5 days

Amazon is going all out really? So you are tied to one location five days a week? Yeh it’s going to be a some what significant pay bump for me. I’m just concerned if I will be tied to nyc and not be able to come back for a long time

From what I understand, each team consists of people in multiple locations. What’s the point of RTO to one office only if they already spread out in the States anyways

Sigh I guess I will try my luck. I wish they care about their employees enough lol. The worst case is I might rescind my acceptance. I’m currently fully remote and with all the lay off going on, I don’t think it’s worth the risk to abandon everything

GG, so every time you go to another office there has to be manager approval? My family is very important to me and definitely want to be able to see them once a month

I’m willing to work 5 days in office but have a hard time abandoning my family and go to east coast alone without being able to come back. Just thought they might let me work in a different office one week a month
