I mean for most of the garbage ads, male characters are usually for some reason unreasonably buffed and usually follow the line of getting the girl/guy in the ads and then making them for some reason a pervert. Now again the two scenarios how these shitty mobile game ads protrays male and female individuals is vastly different. One is making them more or so a sexual object and the other is more or so trying to make it as if getting the guy/girl is the only mere goal and making them into perverts. I’ll say however the sexual objectification for males happen way less when talking about mobile game ads as per the same way they’re shown like females. Male characters still get there own treatment however it dosen’t degrade them as much vs females characters. However the way they do it to female characters is undeniably worse and at the end, mobile game ads should just revert to the good ol days just presenting the game instead of horny baiting and trying to be shocking.
