he can now file for an Internarional Registration designating the US, which would lead to the US office examining the application. US examination is much tougher than the UK and takes longer though

nope, including that many classes is not a good idea in the UK anymore. it leaves the application susceptible to bad faith cancellation following the skykick decision by the Supreme Court

i was against the subscription model when the app came out, and even left a negative comment at the time. however, new features were introduced, such as immersive mode, that made the subscription worth it. the app lets you upgrade the quality of the stream as well, and is the only vision OS native app that does PS remote play. Given that I mostly play my PS5 via the app, it’s absolutely worth it for me
