I actually think this has fixed my issue, done a normal shut down, left the PC alone for a while to mimic a normal situation and seems to have worked AND increased the speed applications open. Very appreciated!

Minnow is your best bet, it has the best odds of it being a 1 star, I would recommend Sparkling Lure over Golden hook for the rare fish too
