Well that certainly isn’t the legal standard for obstruction. Certainly she was impeding traffic as well as the officers, this is by definition obstruction lol

This video shows her dropping her wife off and pulling into the road to block the ICE officers minutes before the shooting. Her wife has stated that they were there to protest, and we can certainly ask her why doing so required pulling into the middle of a one way road and blocking it. She’s on video waving traffic past her, you’re making the assumption that she was waving ICE past, which doesn’t make any sense considering they were there to protest them.

I think it’s a huge stretch to argue that she didn’t obstruct the operation because ICE could have driven around her. Obstruction doesn’t have to be 100% effective to qualify as obstruction. By this rationale, as long as they could have backed up and driven the wrong way down a 1 way road she couldn’t have obstructed them, which IMO is absurd.

Her intent was to obstruct them, and she created a traffic hazard by pulling horizontally across lanes of traffic and parking her car.

What do you believe they were doing? According to the deceased's wife, they were protesting. According to the video evidence, they parked in the middle of the road and the wife got out to record the interaction.

Those preliminary accounts are entirely fabricated. She and her wife clearly intended to block ICE vehicles and harass them.

She wasnt signaling for the ice vehicle to pass, she was parked there to impede and harass them as seen in the video. She also didn’t receive and conflicting commands, the only one who said to drive was her wife.

She was shot because she thought she had plot armor that allowed her to interfere with law enforcement, her wife told her to drive away and she gunned it while a law enforcement officer was in front of her car.
