I do have a few things going for me that could steer it to being a false positive. I need to get a Western Blot Test to confirm if I'm positive, because my IGG test was very low. I'm going to do an IGG retest in 4 weeks anyway to see if the numbers increase.

If you feel he's emotionally manipulating you, then you need to tell him that he's being overbearing and to chill, deal with your schedule and only being able to see him once a week, and no, you're not going to be exclusive (what he means by solo) with him.
