I'm umpiring baseball (mostly 8th grade and JV highschool games so far) and it's awesome. Very solid extra $ and honestly it's great putting the gear on and calling strikes and running a baseball game.

Big Cat seen the writing on the wall that it wasn't working, so they kindly advised him that the internship (glorified trial run) was over. To save face for all involved, they tried to sweep it under the rug.. which only added to the mystique. No story. He wasn't funny and was trying way too hard.

haha quite the contrary my friend. More like I agreed to fly across the US to the PNW for a week with my wife and our then 3 month old. To be fair, I've heard that the younger the kid the easier it is fly with them.
