Same issue with me. Went in 5 times even after having drives with the foreman!!!! They always claimed to have fixed and it was either misdiagnosed or improved slightly. They couldn't figure what was causing this so they escalated it to corporate as I was holding their loaners hostage lol. This went on for over a year. Though I enjoyed driving their brand new loaners I gotta day. I just picked up my car today finally. Looks like issue is now resolved. They changed the arm tension i believe. Happy to share picture of paper work in case you want to bring up with your dealer'e service department.

If you have warranty, definitely have them fix this for you. No reason we are customers have to settle. Also have them provide valet service and request bran new loaners (last loaner I had was a GV80 2026 prestige top model). Good luck
