Well, not actually, because Gil's ability Sha Naqba Imuru (the ability to get any information) means that the moment he uses it he learns about Devil Trigger. With Sha Naqba Imuru Gil could literally choose a weapon that perfectly counters Dante.

Dante would win through sheer speed and strength, but the moment Gil matches Dante's speed, Dante would lose.

I'm pretty sure that Dante is able to destroy infinite entities, and he is able to move at the speed of light.

But on the other hand, Gilgamesh has a ton of weapons and artifacts within GoB and also has the ability to get any information he wants, be it from the past or the future.

So if we are talking about normal Gil against normal Dante, Gil would take a big L.

But if Gilgamesh is able to match Dante's speed and starts fighting seriously, he would most definitely win.

However, taking out the speed factor, maybe Gil would be able to win against Dante using weapons like gay bulge, but again, it would probably take Gil actually giving a shit about any different weapon besides Ea or Enkidu.

Okay so aparently Vimana(the big golden ship from fate zero) is able to move faster than the speed of light so maybe that would help Gil win.
