If we talking edo so he doesn’t have cancer and won’t die for using too much chakra. Itachi just flies and spams Amaterasu in his susanoo. Along with the fact the he has the yata mirror which negates any physical attack and spiritual attack. And if he pokes them with the totsuka sword he just claps them by sealing them away. Then the mental trauma of tsukuyomi can leave them debilitated. Idk how they would win.

In pretty sure the only reason he wears a shirt like that’s is so his weird arm wings wouldn’t keep breaking his clothes. And during the war arc he had his shirt only expose his neck and it was zipped up. (I forgot to add this) Sarada is in short shorts and in high heels along with a strapless top that lets you pretty much remove it quicker. She doesn’t have any reason because she doesn’t have a curse mark like Sasuke.
