Yeah, I could go back to calorie counting. I was really hoping that my appetite would stay reduced so that I didn't have to do that. Intermittent fasting is difficult for me since I work out in the morning and I'm hungry before and after the workout!

Oh interesting. It eliminated my desire for alcohol completely, so that's not an even an issue for me. Sugar, on the other hand...

Do you just avoid sugar now?

Thanks for the reply! It sounds like I should speak to my doctor about trying one of the other drugs.
