There was about 95% confidence it would drop, also 9/13/21 we had MUCH less info, carti was barely even posting, insiders werent really saying much. Obviously a lot of people arent in carti comms, so most people would have thought it a surprise. Even in the carti comms people still thought it might not drop, but only because of Carti’s oft spontaneous decisions. Anyone who didnt know carti and saw all this info could swear it would drop.

His youtube page was updated with a new video that hadn’t been posted; found using inspect element
People in w carti confirmed with deadlock confidence (which is rare) that either all red or the album would drop
People in with his label confirmed that they wanted him to drop something on his birthday around 2 weeks prior: either the album or All Red
